Quarry House has two bedrooms, One bedroom has a king bed the second has twin beds that can be made up as a king bed if requested before check in, one bath, Full kitchen with dishwasher, large living room. It is situated on a working water front wharf. Watch the fishermen unload their catch for the day. You can buy lobsters of our boat to cook and enjoy them on your deck.
Also in the area visit the Owls Head Transporation Museum, Port Clyde and Owls Head light Houses. Fishing village with a ferry to famous Monhegan Island, Farnsworth Museum in Rockland (know for their Wyeths paintings). Just a few miles down the road local town with lots of great restaurants from fancy Primo’s to casual dining. Port Clyde rents paddle boats, kayaks and other watersport equipment.
For shopping Camden is a great place to visit. Many places to walk or hike a few examples, Rockland break water, Camden Hills Park, Mount Battie and Maidens Cliff.
